Common questions
Will it make things up?
It's instructed to answer only from your handbook and tools, and to escalate to you when unsure. You can see and edit everything it knows.
What happens with refunds?
You define the boss-only list when hiring (e.g. any refund over a limit). Those become escalation cards the agent must send you before promising anything.
How long does setup take?
